• For example, to select the quality of wood on a scale from A, B and C (A being the highest), the same for plastic, silicone or stainless steel.
• We DO NOT work with factories that produce defective parts. For example, buying good stainless steel means nothing if the workmanship is done poorly elsewhere. The same goes for all other materials. We have encountered such situations quite often. Obsolescence, human error or simply sloppy processing, long periods of storage in appalling conditions, packaging errors, etc. have a huge impact on the final product
• We take care of the entire order up to loading the container. The shipment itself can be done upon request.
• Quality control, audits, reports, photos, videos, constant communication with our team on site.

***To select this service, an advance payment of 5-10% of the estimated order amount and 30% TT after the offer is accepted is required. The reason for this is that a huge amount of upfront work is required before a final proposal is released.

1. You have a specific product with all technical specifications and are looking for a reliable manufacturer.

In case number 1, you are looking for a third party who will find a reliable manufacturer, get samples, maybe visit the factory, do an audit, inspect the goods, negotiate for you, help with translation, customs clearance, shipping, etc. Once we have received your LOI (letter of intent), we will start looking for the best manufacturer for your product. The selection takes place according to one manufacturer, so if the first does not fit in price, quality or anything else, we move on to the second. We can offer up to five manufacturers for each client. Assuming that the initial contract is signed, we proceed with our services mentioned above (quality control, logistics (if necessary), etc.). Please ask for any assistance you may need with your order. We are here to ensure safe trading comes first.

In case number 2, we will send you a list of up to 5 manufacturers recommended by Welekart. With full details starting from name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, website. From now on, you negotiate everything with the manufacturers yourself. We will still be available for selected services such as inspections, factory audits, logistics services, etc. Please note that we cannot do this anytime, anywhere. China is large and has a strict COVID-19 policy, which often includes quarantining certain areas.

Why do you need product inspections in China?

• avoid scammers
• make sure that the goods are of the declared quality
• make sure that the quality of the goods corresponds to the declared ones before shipment
• make sure that the packaging and boxes are marked, labeled, and everything corresponds to the packing list
• make sure that the goods were stored properly, in a dry , clean warehouse.

Inspections are carried out at different stages of the value chain:

1. At the initial stage of production, until 10% of the order is ready.

2. During production, until 50% complete.

3. When 100% of the goods are ready and the packaging is up to 90% ready.

Most often, customers choose the inspection at the third stage. We advise, to save your time and money, to carry out all stages of inspections.

It is our company policy to strictly follow this order, as we believe that this minimum number of checks guarantees that the order is 95% positive. You, of course, do not need to do the same. Many customers prefer to do a short check right before shipping, but that only means one thing - they weren't in control of their order from the start. Our role in these specific situations is simply to inform our customers of the number of defective items. No one takes responsibility for any problems other than the buyer himself. Of course, many people still find this useful, but in our experience, customers who start with inspections as early as the first stage gradually improve their orders in both quality and quantity.
